Emeritus President Writes On Youth Participation In 2019 General Election

This is a thought provoking piece directed to young Nigerian youths ahead of 2019 general election. 

Raymond Ejikemeuwa the immediate past President History and international studies IMSU is optimistic that the present day youths can still get it right as its better late than never. 

He wrote 

A careful look at the Nigerian State right from Independence shows a shocking trend from SURPRISE to SHOCK and then to CONFUSION. Should Nigeria continue this way? What are the implications for the Future Generations? Let's save Nigeria,so our Children could have a country they can call home.

The challenges confronting us today as Young Nigerians are the ones our past Leaders could not conquer for us and we see these set of Leaders recycling themselves and their cronies to perpetually keep us at a place. 

The decision is ours to allow things to go the usual way or to initiate a Shift in Paradigm by taking responsibility for our own Future.
