Mbaise Inter-Campus Football Tournament Set To Kick Off In Grand Style

The National Association of Mbaise Students is gearing to host the first edition of its Inter – School Football Tournament 2018, from 15th - 30th May, 2018. 

A total of 6 Campuses in Imo state will be participating in the high-voltage competition organised by the National Executives led by HRH Eze Barnabas Anokam for all Mbaise Students in the State with the aim of promoting peace and unity among them.

The President Eze Barnabas went further to explain that the choice of the tournament was to encourage students of the community to imbibe the spirit of sportsmanship in their daily interactions with one another, as that would promote togetherness in their various Schools.

The organisers of the football challenge will present a cash donation of N300,000 to the winning team, N200,000 to the runners-up while the team that came third will smile home with N100,000 and other teams that participated will be given N50,000 each among other prizes for highest goal scorer, best player, best team and others.

Therefore, invitation is extended to all Mbaise Students Receiving higher Education in the state to identify with the local government leaders in their various campuses in order to participate in the tournament and celebrate this important occasion together.
